WEEKLY REFLECTION 8

DAY 33 08-09-2025 Today, I reached the school at 7:45 a.m. after the Onam vacation. The campus felt lively as students and teachers returned with fresh energy. At 9:15 a.m., I signed the morning attendance.During the third period, I observed Saranya’s Biology class. It was interesting to see how she engaged the students with clear explanations and examples. In the fourth period, I handled a substitution class in 8B. Though it was unplanned, I used to take regular class .After lunch, I signed the Day 34 09-09-2025 Today I reached the school at 7:45 am. At 9:00 am, the morning attendance was signed. After the prayer, the school teacher assigned me and Aiswarya for exam duty. Even though the Onam exams were already completed, some students who had been absent on their exam days due to attending NCC camps had their exams scheduled this week. LAST WEEK OF SECOND PHASE TEACHING PRACTICE

DAY 27 27 -01-26 Today, I reached the school at 9:00 a.m. and signed the morning attendance. Soon after arriving, I received happy news that one of my students from Class 8C, Aiswarya, had won second prize in the Gotech anchoring competition. I felt extremely delighted and proud, as I had personally helped her prepare for the competition. This achievement gave me a sense of fulfilment and reinforced my belief in the importance of motivating and guiding students beyond the classroom. During the morning session, I did not have any allotted teaching period. I utilized this time to observe the school environment and reflect on classroom practices and student engagement. After the lunch break, we signed the afternoon attendance. In the fifth period, I was assigned a substitution class in 8C, where I handled the class based on my prepared lesson plan.
