DAY -14

04-08-2025

Today I reached the school at 7.30am. After having breakfast we signed our morning  attendance. The day began with a beautiful initiative titled "Changathikkoru thai" during the school assembly. As part of this program, students and teachers exchanged plants saplings as a symbol of friendship and environmental responsibility. The event was thoughtfully organized by Kavitha teacher and was inaugurated by our headmistress.








Witnessing the meaningful gesture of sharing plant saplings reminded me of the importance of nurturing not just nature, but also relationships and values in our learners. It let a positive and hopeful tone for the rest of the day. Second period I was assigned to take attendance in 5C. After the interval I went to observe the class of Navaneeth in 9C. I t was an insightful class. During the lunch break some our colleagues went to serve the noon meal for the students. After lunch break we signed our afternoon attendance. WE are informed by the headmistress that a remembrance event for Hiroshima day to be held in the coming days. Then I went to observe the Biology class of Vinu. His teaching style was student centered, using real life examples to explain complex topics. Then I took regular class in 8B in 7th period. In between there was an announcement regarding School Parliamentary Election. Students interested in becoming candidates were invited to submit their names. All the classes should be participate in this election. At last school class hour ended at 3.45pm with National Anthem, then we left the school.

DAY-15

05-08-2025

Today, I reached the school at 7.45am. At 9.15am we signed our morning attendance. Shortly after, we met our school headmistress, who informed us about the upcoming Independence day celebrations. She mentioned that it would be a grand program  and encouraged all teacher trainees to actively participate in events such as, singing and dancing. In the morning section, a drawing competition for the UP section regarding Hiroshima day. During the third period I had to take the class in8B, were I engaged the students in planned lesson effectively. After the lunch break, we signed our afternoon attendance. 


During the interval  a book sale was organized for the students, offering a wide range of books- fictions, autobiographies, science quiz books etc. It was wonderful to see students showing interest in books of various genres. In the last period, again I got a class in 8B. The school hour concluded at 3.45pm with National Anthem.

DAY-16

06-08-2025



Today I reached the school at 7.30am and then signed the morning attendance. The day began with the observation during the second period. I observed a Social Science class conducted by Reshma in 9B. It was a useful experience that gave me, insight into classroom management and institutional methods for higher classes. In the 4th period, I took a class 8B, based on my lesson plan. The students were responsive and I could complete the planned activities effectively. During the lunch break, we teacher trainees, spend the time together and we had biriyani, which we all had ordered earlier. 

It was a joyful and refreshing moment. In the afternoon a rally was organized in the remembrance of Hiroshima day. Students from SPC, Junior Red Cross and NCC actively participated in the meaningful; event, spreading awareness about peace and the horrors of war through slogans, placards. 








It was inspiring to see students in socially relevant activities. We signed our afternoon attendance and I had a period in class 8B. Although some students were away for NCC practices, I managed the class well and reinforced key learning points. The school day ended at 3.45pm with National Anthem.

DAY-17

07-08-2025

I reached the school at 7.30am and we signed our morning attendance at 9.15am. During the second period, I had a substitution class in 7C. The class had many talented students in drawing and singing activities. It created a lively experience. In the 4th period, I had a substitution class in 8B, were I continued the lesson. And then lunch break, I assisted in serving noon meals for the students.



 After having lunch, we signed afternoon attendance. In the last period, I again went to substitution class 8B. Students were in a rush to go home. The class was quiet a hand able. I gave them some activity cards based on the portions I had taken. Group activities were done using activity cards helped to increase student participation and team work. The day concluded at 3.45pm with National Anthem. Thus we left the school.


DAY-18

08-08-2025



Today I reached the school as usual at 7.45am. At 9.30am we signed our morning attendance. At that time headmistress announced that morning assembly will held in school ground. During the assembly HM addressed students and gave students guidelines regarding the upcoming Onam examinations and then provided the with the use of proper uniforms and Id cards. Certificates were distributed to students who secured first, second, third places in Karate competition. After the school assembly, students were went to their concerned classes. I got a substitution period in class 8B. I took the class as per the lesson plan. At 12.15pm we teacher trainee went to serve the noon meals for the students. After that lunch break I signed afternoon attendance. During the last period, I again got a class in 8B. So that period I utilized to gave them several activities related to the content I had taken. Then the school class hour ended at 3.45pm with National Anthem.
