Day 32
29-08-2025
On 29th August, Onam was celebrated in our school with great excitement. Both students and teachers came dressed in beautiful traditional costumes, which gave the campus a festive charm. An interesting thing I noticed was that while most wore traditional attire, a few boys appeared in casuals like baggy clothes, which stood out among the traditional crowd.
The programmes of the day included vadamvali, sundarik oru pottu kuthu, and dance performances. We, the teacher trainees, also danced with the students, while the teachers presented a graceful Thiruvathira. The highlight of the day was the delicious Onam Sadhya, enjoyed together, and the photographs captured made the celebration memorable.
